Rey Columna

Rey Columna has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Rey is currently the Director of Engineering at STN Video since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Vedia.ai as the Director of Engineering and Lead Engineer from 2016 to 2018. Rey also served as a Member of the Board at the Florida Game Developers Association, where they planned and coordinated events and worked with other board members to set policies. Rey held the position of VP of Engineering at Streamup from 2013 to 2016, where they engineered video player modules, managed streaming infrastructures, and oversaw the Akamai CDN migration. Rey was a Senior Game Engineer at Scientific Games from 2010 to 2013 and a Lead Engineer at Learning Today from 2008 to 2010. Rey's earliest work experience was at Ivy, where they served as an Engineering Supervisor. Rey led the development team for PartyPoker.com and played a significant role in the company's growth. Rey also served as a Customer Service Manager at Ivy.

Rey Columna obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Design and Interactive Media from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo. Additionally, they acquired a certification titled "Shaping up with Angular.js" from Code School, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification is not available.
