Vanessa Harrison

Vanessa has been a member of the Stock & Option Solutions Team since 2007. As SOS’ Human Resources Business Partner, Vanessa taps into a knowledge of business operations and people practices to promote the company’s strategic goals, culture, mission and values. Vanessa’s focus is developing and implementing creative programs, corporate policies and sustainable solutions to support growth while maintaining Stock & Option Solutions’ team-focused culture. In addition to serving in an HR capacity, on occasion Vanessa acts as project manager for the Professional Services team and co-manages the company’s year-end 6039 service offering. What she loves the most, though, are the collaborative relationships she builds within the organization and the opportunity to serve employees helping drive the company’s success.
