Arielle Birenberg

Arielle Birenberg joined Stockbridge in 2016 and serves as Vice President and Head of Portfolio Operations for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) open-end core fund and open-end, core plus logistics fund. Birenberg is responsible for overseeing the funds’ asset strategy including budgeting, leasing, capital and disposition activities. Birenberg also serves as Head of Sustainability and Co-Chair of the firm’s ESG Steering Committee to oversee and execute ESG efforts at both the corporate level and across select portfolios.

Prior to her role in portfolio management, Birenberg focused on acquisitions in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States for the firm’s CVA business.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Birenberg served as an associate for Gladstone Commercial Corporation, where she specialized on acquisitions of net leased office and industrial assets nationwide. Birenberg started her real estate career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the financial institutions group, where she focused on capital raising and advisory services for specialty finance and asset management clients.

Birenberg received a B.B.A in Finance and Management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
