Brandon Spencer

Brandon Spencer is an experienced professional in asset and portfolio management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Associate at Stockbridge since July 2020, Brandon is responsible for managing a substantial 6.4 million square foot class A industrial portfolio, focusing on leasing oversight, financial analysis, portfolio reporting, and new acquisition underwriting. Prior to this role, Brandon worked as an Investment Analyst at Westside Investment Partners, where responsibilities included financial modeling, investor package preparation, and market research. Brandon also gained valuable experience as an Acquisitions Analyst Intern at Quannah Partners and as a Development Analyst Intern at Transwestern, where analytical skills were honed through financial modeling and market analysis for large-scale projects. An Eagle Scout with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University, Brandon is currently furthering education at the University of Sydney.
