Darik Afshani

Darik Afshani joined Stockbridge in 2017 and serves as Senior Vice President for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) commercial asset management team. Afshani is responsible for assets across the Southeastern United States. Afshani also assists with the firm’s ongoing ESG objectives.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Afshani served as Vice President of Asset Management for Columbia Property Trust, where he was responsible for directing the financial performance for a $1 billion portfolio of primarily office assets exceeding five million square feet.

Afshani has also served as a Deal Manager with Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for underwriting and structuring loans across property types for the Southeast Region. Afshani began his real estate career as an Underwriter with JPMorgan, where he helped to grow their commercial mortgage-backed securities platform.

Afshani received a B.S. in Business from Wake Forest University and M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University.
