Darren Drake

Darren Drake joined the founding Stockbridge professionals in 1994 as an executive with PaineWebber and its predecessor. Drake serves as a Managing Director for the firm’s Platform Business, responsible for portfolio and asset management activities, and additionally contributes to acquisition efforts.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Drake served as a Senior Vice President in PaineWebber’s Real Estate Investment Banking group and was involved in the underwriting and structuring of numerous debt and equity financings, as well as merger and acquisition transactions and financial advisory assignments for real estate and hospitality companies.

Previously, Drake served as a real estate consultant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company, where he specialized in real estate valuation and due diligence.

Drake received a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
