Kevin Dolan serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at Stockbridge since August 2014, overseeing a diverse portfolio of property investments in Florida, with responsibilities ranging from core assets to development projects. Prior roles at Stockbridge include Asset Manager, Associate, and Portfolio Management Analyst, where Kevin prepared detailed client reports, annual budgets, and strategic business plans while interfacing with clients and coordinating valuations. Prior experience includes an Analyst position at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, focusing on underwriting and due diligence for various property types, and an internship at Turner Construction, where Kevin managed project milestones and quality assurance on renovation projects. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
