Kristin Paul

Kristin Paul joined Stockbridge in 2019 and serves as a Managing Director for the firm’s Platform Business, responsible for portfolio and asset management activities.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Paul served as an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and was Head of West Coast Asset Management for PGIM’s flagship core fund. Paul held management responsibilities for over $5 billion of core, value-add, and opportunistic commercial properties. Paul was involved in many aspects of the fund’s strategy, including transactions, dispositions, financing and asset management.

Previously, Paul served as a Vice President at Buchanan Street Partners, responsible for management of $1.2 billion of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties.

Paul received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California
