Mark Carlson

Mark Carlson joined Stockbridge in 2007 and serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”), overseeing acquisitions in the Western United States.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Carlson held several roles at RREEF from 1996-2007. Carlson was a Partner and managed the acquisition group where he closed over $3 billion in transactions. He was also part of the portfolio management department where he was responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies for several clients. During his tenure at RREEF, Carlson was also a member of the North America Investment Committee.

Prior to RREEF, Carlson served as a Principal of Equity Resource Group, a company that he formed which developed investment partnerships for the acquisition and management of commercial and residential properties.

Carlson received a B.A. in Business Administration with a real estate emphasis from the University of California at Berkeley. Carlson is a certified Commercial Investment Manager and a member of both the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
