Tara McDill

Tara McDill joined Stockbridge in 2018 and serves as Director of Human Resources. McDill oversees the firm’s personnel function, recruiting, benefits, performance development and employee relations.

Prior to Stockbridge, McDill served as a Human Resources Manager for GGV Capital, where she contributed to the growth and development of the United States and Chinese teams. Previously, McDill served as a Human Resources Manager for Hellman & Friedman, where she focused solely on Human Resources.

McDill received a B.A. in Theatre and Communications from Pepperdine University.
