Sarah Cui Phrca

Sarah Cui, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Sarah is currently serving as the Head of HR at Stockdale Capital Partners, LLC, where they oversee HR operations for a real estate investment firm. Prior to this, Sarah worked as the Human Resources Director at CSC Generation and Property Management Associates, where they played pivotal roles in restructuring and revitalizing HR departments. Sarah also gained valuable experience as the Human Resources Manager at CJ America, Inc., where they led a team responsible for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and compliance. Sarah has also worked in the HR departments of MOCA | The Museum of Contemporary Art, Greenland USA, and A&C LLP, where they contributed to the growth and development of HR functions. Throughout their career, Sarah has consistently demonstrated their leadership skills and ability to create sustainable HR infrastructure.

Sarah Cui, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Sarah also has two Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees, one in Human Resources Management and the other in International Business, both attained from California State University, Long Beach.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sarah has obtained several certifications. Sarah earned the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2014. In June 2014, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the same institution. Additionally, Sarah obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in May 2015.
