Brian Joyce

Brian Joyce is a Senior Scientist at the Stockholm Environment Institute, where responsibilities include addressing issues related to equitable and sustainable development since September 2006. Recent work involved conducting a national water resources and climate change assessment for Lesotho on behalf of the World Bank. Previously, Brian served as a Senior Hydrologist at the Natural Heritage Institute from September 2002 to August 2006, focusing on water resource modeling and developing simulation tools for groundwater banking and river flow enhancements. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Hydrologic Sciences from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Natural Resources Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
