Mattias Forsell

Mattias Forsell has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. From 2021 onwards, they worked at Stockholm Exergi as the Head of Core IT. Prior to that, they were employed by Lantmännen from 2014 to 2020, where they served as the Head of Solution Development, overseeing a team of 50 IT employees and managing the application portfolio. Before joining Lantmännen, Mattias worked at Ericsson from 2010 to 2014, holding the positions of Head of Solution Area Common Platforms / Director Product Line Corporate, Integration & Platforms, as well as Head of IT Solutions. At Ericsson, they managed strategic IT product managers and led initiatives for implementing global systems and reorganization. Mattias began their career at Ericsson in 1995 and held various roles such as Program Manager, Group IT, Product Manager, Group IT, Manager eSolutions, Division Mobile Systems, Supply Manager, Product Unit, Manager Forecasting, Product Unit, and Master Planner, Staff function. In these roles, they gained experience in IT solutions, supply chain management, forecasting, and planning, contributing to significant cost savings and process improvements.

Mattias Forsell attended Linköping University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Oxford Leadership to study Executive Leadership. In addition, they obtained certifications in Agile Foundations, Blockchain Basics, and Digital Strategy from LinkedIn in October 2020.
