Mikael Ermebrant has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries.
- Mikael started their career as a CNC Operator at Atlas Copco in 1998.
- From 1999 to 2004, they worked as an Aircraft Components Mechanic at SAS Components, where they were responsible for repairs and maintenance of aircraft components.
- Mikael then transitioned to the role of Production Planner in the Structural Maintenance Department at SAS Components from 2004 to 2006.
- In 2006, they were promoted to the position of Production Manager, where they oversaw a team of 26 co-workers and was responsible for all aspects of the department.
- In 2007, they joined ST Aerospace Solutions as a Purchaser for External Services, supporting customer Air Asia with component repairs.
- In 2008, they became a Purchaser and SAP Project Procurement Team Lead at ST Aerospace Solutions Europe A/S.
- From 2010 to 2013, Mikael worked as a Purchaser and Procurement SAP Project Team Lead at ST Aerospace Solutions, where they managed purchasing duties and represented procurement-related IT.
- In 2013, they joined Fortum Division Heat as a Power Plant Site Purchaser, responsible for purchasing operational and maintenance-related items for various power plants and pump stations.
- Since 2018, Mikael has held various managerial roles in purchasing, production, and distribution at Stockholm Exergi and Fortum Värme.
Mikael Ermebrant began their education in 1993 at Palmcrantzskolan, where they pursued a General Mechanic degree in Basic Mechanic, completing the program in 1994. Following this, they attended Ljungstedska skolan Linköping from 1994 to 1996, earning a degree in Aerospace as an Aeroplane Mechanic. In 1996, Mikael continued their education at Ljungstedska Skolan Linköping, completing a program as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Mikael then served in the Swedish Airforce from 1997 to 1998, acquiring knowledge in military service and local education, specifically in leadership and education. Moving forward, in 2002 Mikael pursued a Change Agent education at K&K Lederudvikling A/S Denmark, completing the program in 2003. In the same year, they also undertook studies in Project Management and career development at K&K Lederudvikling A/S Denmark. Lastly, from 2005 to 2006, Mikael pursued a degree in Manager Productions with a field of study in Management education at K&K Lederudvikling A/S Denmark.
