Curtis Glesmann has worked in various roles in the software industry since 2003. Curtis began their career as an Application Developer for Weld County School District 6, where they provided education, training, and technical support to non-technical employees. In 2005, they moved to Wirestone as a Software Developer, where they led several project teams on desktop, web and SOA applications. In 2008, they became a Software Architect for Harris Computer Systems, where they lead . Net development efforts to create a financial software product for county assessors and treasurers. In 2010, they were an Adjunct Professor (temporary) at Colorado State University, developing course learning resources and assignments, as well as lecturing on the topics of VB. Net and object oriented programming. In 2014, they moved to RockySoft as a Software Architect & Developer, developing supply chain management and forecasting software using . Net/WPF/MVVM. In 2015, they became an Independent Software Consultant, specializing in web-ASP. Net MVC, Web Forms, HTML. CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular. Curtis also became the Chief Technology Officer for StockIQ Technologies, a supply chain planning suite targeted at distributors and 3PL's. In 2019, they became the Head Boys Basketball Coach for Fort Collins High School.

Curtis Glesmann obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University in 2002. Prior to that, they attended Fort Collins High School from 1992 to 1995. In 2014, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional and Programming in C# Specialist certification from Microsoft.
