Matt Thompson

Matt Thompson has worked in the technical support and consulting field since 1988. Matt began their career as a Software Engineer for a government contractor, where they developed user interfaces for forest insect and disease impact simulation models. In 1997, they moved on to become a System Manager at Matcom. In 2000, they worked as a Software Engineer and Support Tech at Managed Business Solutions, where they supported internal manufacturing applications and Hewlett Packard's OpenView software websites. In 2007, they became the Support Team Manager at PlanningEdge (formerly RockySoft), handling customer cases Tier 1, 2, and 3. In 2015, they were a Senior Consultant at NETSTOCK, where they implemented NETSTOCK/Sage Inventory Adviser for clients and consulted and supported clients in the use of the application. From 2016 to 2017, they were the President/Consultant at MK Thompson Consulting. Matt currently works as a Supply Chain and Technical Support Consultant at StockIQ Technologies.

Matt Thompson attended Colorado State University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
