Adam Myers is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing logistics and mixed-use assets. At Stockland since July 2017, Adam holds the position of Senior Facilities Manager NSW, managing over 700,000sqm of logistics assets and a $17 million CAPEX budget. Prior roles include managing compliance for mixed-use assets in Sydney and operational oversight of A-grade commercial properties. Previously, Adam served as Facilities & Building Manager for the Australia Council for the Arts, responsible for contractor management and operational spending. Adam's career also features roles in customer service and administration, including establishing a Helpdesk for Frontline Energy and promoting regulatory compliance at Airtricity. Adam holds a Diploma in Facilities Planning and Management and a Foundation Diploma in Prince 2 Project Management.
