Cathy Duncan-Ross

Cathy Duncan-Ross is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in business improvement and finance transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group Head of Business Improvement at Stockland since March 2023, Cathy previously held the position of Interim Chief Operating Officer at the University of Wollongong, where the focus was on strategic and operational leadership. At Lendlease, roles included Group Head of Business Improvement and Business Services, as well as Global Program Director for Finance Transformation, where significant operational improvements were achieved.
