Peta Carruthers

Peta Carruthers is an accomplished real estate investment professional currently serving as the Head of Capital at Stockland since July 2021. With substantial experience at AMP Capital from September 2007 to July 2021, Peta held various roles, including Assistant Fund Manager for the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund, where responsibilities included strategy implementation, investment management oversight, and investor relations. Peta also managed governance frameworks and client engagement strategies in Property Funds Management, while contributing as an Investment Analyst focused on asset value enhancement. Earlier career roles include positions at JLL and CENTURY 21®, complemented by a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Newcastle.
