Natalija Kazakova

Natalija Kazakova is an experienced professional in customer loyalty and retail management, currently serving as Lead Specialist for Customer Loyalty at Stockmann since September 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing loyalty strategies in a cross-country and cross-functional environment. Prior experience includes roles as Retail Sales Area Manager for NYX PM in the Baltics at L'Oréal from 2016 to 2021, and various positions at MADARA Cosmetics, AS, where Natalija held the roles of Customer Service Manager and Retail Manager from 2014 to 2016.
