Ian Culbertson

Ian Culbertson has extensive work experience in the field of people and talent management. Ian started their career in 2010 as a Support Coordinator at YMCA Canada, where they worked until 2014. In 2013, they joined the Boys & Girls Club Services of Greater Victoria as a Program Supervisor, a role they held until 2019. During their time there, they also worked as a Youth Programmer from 2005 to 2013. In 2019, Culbertson joined Stocksy United as a People Ops Manager before being promoted to the position of Director of People & Talent in 2021.

Ian Culbertson holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition, Ian Culbertson has obtained certifications as a Certified Talent Management Practitioner from the Canadian HR Academy and as a CPHR from CPHR BC & Yukon, both in unspecified years.
