Michelle Sadler

Michelle Sadler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michelle started their career at Thrifty Foods in 2001 as a Front End Supervisor, where they worked until 2008. Michelle then moved on to BC Pension Corporation, where they held the role of Distribution/Production Assistant from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, Michelle briefly worked as a Business Manager at the British Columbia Olympic Games Secretariat. Michelle joined Victory Media Inc. (Canada) in 2013 as a Content Editor and worked there until 2014. In 2012, they joined Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor and stayed there until 2016. In 2017, they started working at Momentum Dashboard as a Marketing Manager, a role that lasted until the same year. Finally, in 2017, Michelle joined Stocksy United, where they held various roles, including Office Manager, Co-op Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Co-op Operations.

Michelle Sadler has a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in English from the University of Victoria, which was obtained in 2015. Michelle also attended Carleton University from 2011 to 2013, studying English Language and Literature. Michelle later pursued leadership studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing the program in 2021. In addition to their formal education, Michelle obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V. in June 2019 and in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2013.
