Philip Picariello

Philip Picariello has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Philip is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Stocktwits, where they oversee financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Prior to this, they served as the Principal Operating Officer of ST Invest, LLC, a subsidiary of Stocktwits, where they were responsible for implementing cybersecurity and business continuity plans. Philip also worked as the VP of Finance & Operations at Stocktwits, where they collaborated with the CEO on fundraising and strategic decisions. Before joining Stocktwits, Philip worked as an Advisor, VCFO at Equations, LLC. Philip has also held leadership positions at a Stealth FinTech Startup, where they served as the CEO/CCO and established a new broker-dealer business from scratch. Additionally, they worked at a Stealth Startup as the CFO/COO, leading financial and operational strategies. Philip also served as the Head of Finance & Operations at the same company. Earlier in their career, Philip worked at Flipside Crypto as the Head of Investment Management & Operations and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Philip started their career at eSecLending, where they held various senior management roles in investment management and portfolio management.

Philip Picariello holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Northeastern University.
