Andreas Säfstrand

Andreas Säfstrand is the CFO & General Counsel at Stockwik Förvaltning AB. Andreas has over fifteen years of experience working in Swedish corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to their current role, Andreas was a Senior Associate at Advokatfirma DLA Nordic, where they worked on general corporate law, shareholder meetings, and procurements of capital.

In their previous role as CFO and lawyer at Stockwik Förvaltning AB (publ), Andreas was responsible for the financial and operational aspects of the company, as well as overseeing mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and capital market law. Prior to that, Andreas worked as an enforcement officer at Lindorff Sverige AB and as a sales officer at Europeiska Motor AB.

Andreas Säfstrand received a degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business law from Stockholms universitet. Andreas also received a University preparatory degree in Economics from Danderyds Gymnasium.
