Grant Reaves is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Founder of Stoic Equity Partners since June 2020, where the firm focuses on value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate acquisitions and developments in the Southeast. Prior to this role, Grant was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap from July 2018 to November 2023, specializing in the brokerage of hospitality assets, particularly in the Gulf Coast region. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at Bellator Real Estate & Development, LLC from April 2014 to July 2018, collaborating closely with senior leadership on hotel investment sales. Grant Reaves holds a degree from Auburn University, graduating between 2010 and 2013.
