Rebecca El-Shanawany

Rebecca El-Shanawany is a skilled executive with extensive experience in research and delivery within the finance and investment sectors. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Director of Research and Delivery at Stoix since October 2024, previously holding the role of Head of Research and Delivery at Bronzegate from November 2022 to June 2024. Prior to that, Rebecca was a Principal at both Altima and Per Ardua Associates, where responsibilities included leading research and executing senior mandates across various sectors including Private Equity, Real Estate, and Banking. Additionally, Rebecca began a career in executive search at Sainty, Hird & Partners, specializing in senior search within investment banking. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Studies from the University of Cambridge, focusing on Japanese and Chinese.
