Tavia Danch

Tavia Danch is the current project manager for ESG at stok. Tavia has also worked as an ESG consultant at Goby and as a community outreach manager at Colorado State University-Global Campus.

Tavia has a wide range of experience in developing relationships with strategic partners, organizational development, strategy decisions, and growth plans. Tavia is skilled in leading materiality assessments, developing ESG programs, and creating ESG narratives and disclosures. Additionally, Tavia manages internal and external communication strategies, events, crisis communication, media relations, and social media for their organizations. Tavia also has experience in facilities management and operations.

Tavia is a strategic thinker with a passion for environmental, social, and governance issues. Tavia is a skilled communicator and team leader who is dedicated to their work and maximizing impact for their organization.

Tavia Danch has a Master's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver. Tavia also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Villanova University. In addition, they have a certification from the PRI Academy in Applied Responsible Investment and a certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in LEED Green Associate.
