Returning to academia in 1997, they enrolled at The University of Huddersfield for a two-year program, completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in 1999. Later, in 2009, David attended Weston College and obtained a Level 5 Award in Management (ILM) in 2010.
