Senior Principal Scientist - Bioinformatics Lead at Stoke Therapeutics

Boris Zinshteyn has extensive work experience in various scientific roles. Boris is currently employed at Stoke Therapeutics as a Senior Principal Scientist and Bioinformatics Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Panorama Medicine as the Director of Research and later as a Senior Scientist. Before that, Boris was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Boris also served as a Graduate Student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and worked as a Teaching Assistant there as well. Additionally, they gained experience as a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Biology course at MIT. Boris began their career as a Research Assistant at The Wistar Institute.

Boris Zinshteyn completed their education in a series of prestigious institutions. Boris began their academic journey at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Zinshteyn pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014. After completing their doctoral degree, they continued their education at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where they engaged in a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Biochemistry from 2015 to 2021.
