Raymond S. Oh, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Raymond S. began their career as a Graduate Student at The Hospital for Sick Children in 2000, where they conducted research until 2008. Following this, they joined the Harvard School of Public Health as a Research Associate in the Departments of Environmental Health and Genetics and Complex Diseases. During their time there, Raymond developed innovative assays for large-scale RNAi screening and successfully executed siRNA screens. Raymond S. also published research papers and supported successful grant applications. In 2014, Raymond moved to Genzyme Sanofi as a Senior Scientist, before joining Stoke Therapeutics in 2016. At Stoke Therapeutics, they worked in various roles including Senior Scientist, Associate Principal Scientist, and their current position as a Senior Principal Scientist.
Raymond S. Oh, PhD, pursued higher education in the field of molecular genetics and biochemistry. Raymond S. first attended the University of Ottawa from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry. Afterwards, they enrolled at the University of Toronto from 2000 to 2007 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Genetics.
