Simon Donato is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the health and adventure sectors. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stoked Oats, Simon co-founded the company in 2011, transforming it into one of Canada's top-selling natural oatmeal brands. In addition, Simon founded Adventure Science, which facilitates collaborative projects between researchers and adventure athletes. Prior experience includes roles as a Co-Creator, Host, and Technical Producer for the television show "Boundless," a Freelance Writer for Canadian Running Magazine, and an Explorer In Residence with Kensington Tours. Simon's early career as an exploration geologist at ExxonMobil complements a strong academic background, holding a PhD in Geology from McMaster University, an MSc in Paleontology, and a BA Hons in Anthropology from Western University.

Stoked Oats was founded in 2011 by ultra endurance athlete and star of the TV show, Boundless, Simon Donato, PhD. He couldn't find a nutrient dense, all natural, healthy and delicious oatmeal, and so he decided to create his own. Stoked Oats began at Farmers Markets outside of Calgary, AB, Canada, and is now sold in all major grocery chains across Canada as well as several grocery retailers in the United States as well as online from www.stokedoats.com, Amazon.com, and others. We do not add any unnecessary flavoring additives, preservatives, or sugar. Our gluten-free, non-GMO, organic blends are thoughtfully formulated to fuel our customers so they can make the most out of every day. We have a strong sustainability program, aiming to be Carbon negative, Climate +, by 2025. Our packaging is Veritas certified Carbon Neutral via a rainforest carbon sink in Colombia. We source all of our low impact gluten-free and organic oats from family farmers in Alberta and Saskatchewan, which are grown through our Grain from Rain commitment, using rain-only to water the crops and protecting North America's valuable aquifers and rivers. We are stoked to be fueling adventures big and small for our loyal customers across North America!
