Michelle O'Neill has a diverse background in pharmacy operations and management. Michelle currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Operations at Stokes Pharmacy® since March 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens from June 2015 to February 2017.
Michelle's extensive experience in the field began at CVS Health in 2005, where they started as a Staff Pharmacist and worked their way up to become the Pharmacist-In-Charge of a team of 15 employees. From 2009 to June 2015, they held the role of District Pharmacy Supervisor at CVS Health, overseeing the management, development, and professional support of 60+ pharmacists and 200+ pharmacy technicians.
Before joining CVS Health, Michelle gained experience through internships at Merck in 2004 and Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2003 to 2004.
Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in driving business metric performance, financial profitability, and people development in the pharmacy industry.
Michelle O'Neill attended Rutgers University from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in the field of Pharmacy.
