Johanne Paquin Lach has been the National Director of Store Personnel & Recruiting at Stokes Inc. since June 2007. Previously, Johanne owned Reflection Mirrors from January 2003 to January 2007. In their current role, Johanne acts as a brand ambassador, recruiting, training, and developing individuals nationwide. Johanne collaborates with executives to ensure all individuals reach their full potential.
