Rocío del Mar Cruz López has a diverse work experience background. Rocío del Mar started their career as a Talent & Organization Analyst at Accenture México in September 2015. During their time there, they played a key role in developing the Training Strategy and Learning Path for a global alcoholic beverages company, with a focus on digital platforms and supply chain processes. Rocío del Mar then progressed to become a Talent & Organization Consultant at Accenture México from December 2018 to January 2020.

In June 2022, Rocío moved to Accenture the Netherlands, where they took on the role of a Talent & Organization Consultant. In this capacity, they provided expert advice and support to clients in various talent management and organizational development projects. From June 2022 to August 2023, Rocío held the position of Talent & Organization Manager at the same company, showcasing their leadership and management capabilities.

Most recently, Rocío joined Stolt-Nielsen Limited as an HR Project Lead in August 2023, where they are currently employed.

Rocío del Mar Cruz López attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Multilingual High School. Rocío del Mar then pursued further education at the same institution from 2010 to 2014, obtaining a degree in Business Creation and Development.
