Adrian Young MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2006, Adrian worked at Kerry as a Pricing and Logistics Administrator for a year and a half. From there, Adrian moved on to work as an English Second Language Teacher at HESS International Educational Organization for two years. In 2010, Adrian joined Thomas Adams School and Sixth Form Centre as a Pastoral Assistant for one year. Adrian then transitioned to Chop'd in 2011, taking on the role of General Manager for three years. In 2014, Adrian became a Manager at Nando's for one year before returning to Chop'd as their Recruitment and Training Manager until 2017. Adrian's most recent role was at Stonbury, where they held positions as Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Business Partner, and eventually Head of People Services, starting in 2017.
Adrian Young MCIPD has a diverse education history. In 2003, they began pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Politics at Leeds Beckett University, completing it in 2006. Later on, in 2018 and 2019, Adrian obtained a Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management through CIPD Qualifications. Moving forward, in 2021, they completed their Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications. Adrian further enhanced their skills and knowledge in 2022 by attending IOSH for Managing Safely. Currently, Adrian is working towards achieving the prestigious Chartered MCIPD qualification, which they expect to complete by 2023.
