Peter Bradley

Peter Bradley serves as the Facility Director and Property Manager at Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture since December 2020, overseeing a historic property that includes a farm, two restaurants, event space, and educational facilities. Previously, Peter held multiple roles at Blue Hill At Stone Barns from 2006 to 2022, including Business Project Manager and Facility Director at Blue Hill at Stone Barns Restaurant. Early career experience includes managing Docks Oyster Bar, serving as Maitre'd and Floor Manager at Gotham Bar and Grill under Chef Alfred Portale, and functioning as General Manager at Temple Bar in New York City. Peter completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the City University of New York between 1984 and 1988.
