Hailey Barsch

Hailey Barsch has a work experience that includes roles at Stone Creek Coffee Roasters and Motivation Tutoring. At Stone Creek Coffee Roasters, they served as the Director of Education and HR, where they worked with a small team to develop and improve the employee life cycle by creating structures and processes for employee development. Hailey also managed individual employee gaps and redirected struggling team members towards growth. In addition, Hailey held the position of Coffee Developer at Stone Creek Coffee Roasters.
