Mike Winchell has been with Stone Environmental since May 2001, where Mike holds the title of Vice President and Senior Environmental Modeler. Prior to that, Mike worked at Northeast River Forecast Center as a Hydrologist. Winchell has a MS in Hydrology and Water Resources from the University of Arizona and a BS in Environmental Systems from Cornell University.
