With a background in managing various ventures such as Breakaway Ventures and RockHopper Group LLC, Chaz has a proven track record of accelerating business growth and creating value in the consumer and technical apparel markets. Prior to their venture capital career, Chaz served as a Special Operations Officer in the US Navy, specializing in deep sea salvage projects. Chaz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed the Basic Dive Officer Course at the Naval Diving & Salvage Training Center.
