Andrew Schmid

Andrew Schmid has extensive experience in the corporate and investment banking, private equity, and oil & gas industries. Andrew is currently serving as the President of Stone Hill Minerals Holdings, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Tug Hill Operating for almost a decade, holding the position of Senior Vice President. During their time at Tug Hill Operating, they were responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, and the management of oil & gas exploratory and producing properties. Andrew also established and managed multiple oil and gas mineral and royalty acquisition companies. Before joining Tug Hill Operating, they worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division. Andrew originated, analyzed, and underwrote debt financing solutions for large corporate clients and conducted portfolio management. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate at Perella Weinberg Partners, where they researched and evaluated investments in various markets and asset classes. Andrew also worked as a Private Equity Associate and Financial Analyst at Crow Holdings Capital Partners, L.L.C., where they underwrote and analyzed real estate investments. Additionally, they gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch in the Energy and Power Group.

Andrew Schmid received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Honors Program and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business in the years 2000-2004. Andrew later pursued an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the same institution, completing the full-time program in 2007-2009.
