Oliver Daly

Oliver is a Principal HR Consultant in the Employment Team. Oliver is an experienced HR practitioner advising on all aspects of employment relations in the private, public and charity sector.

He is able to provide advice on matters including sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, bullying & harassment, capability/performance, probation, organisational change/redundancy, family friendly policies and recruitment. Oliver has particular expertise in supporting formal investigations and hearings.

Prior to joining Stone King Oliver worked for a Further Education College in London which involved advising managers, centre directors and governors on all HR related policies and procedures. Oliver has previously worked for three local authorities in London providing HR advice to Schools and has worked as a HR Consultant at Barnardo’s.

Oliver is a member of the CIPD and has also been trained as a Workplace Mediator.
