Yasemin Isik

Yasemin is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2014.

She advises on a range of non-contentious property matters, with a particular focus on the charity, education and commercial property sectors. Yasemin has a number of years’ experience in advising on landlord & tenant transactions, as well as advising on estate management, acquisitions and disposals, academy transfers and conversions, charity mergers and incorporations and licensing arrangements.
