Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, entrepreneurship, and compliance. Currently the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020, Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana has experience in academia as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and General Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
