Rafael Domingues

Rafael Domingues is an experienced financial and performance management professional currently serving as Financial Planning and Control Manager in the Risk Management Department and Fraud Prevention Section at Stone since January 2023. Prior to this, Rafael worked at Ambev from August 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing the 1YP budget cycle for people accounts across Bolivia, Chile, and Paraguay, developing a data-driven approach among HR Business Partners, and creating a centralized Power BI application for people analytics. Earlier in the career, Rafael held various roles at FAPESP, the University of Florida, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, gaining valuable research and internship experience. Rafael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from both Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
