Carol Campbell

Carol Campbell currently serves as Managing Director at Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest pub company. With a diverse background in retail and operations, previous roles include Retail Director at Wickes and Vice President of Central Operations at Walmart Canada, overseeing a large team and managing extensive operational functions for a company with a turnover of $26 billion. Carol's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Woolworths Group, leading transformation programs and state operations, as well as a long tenure at Aldi UK, where significant contributions were made to procurement and operational strategy. Carol holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh.
