Charlotte Smith

Charlotte Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and recruitment. Currently serving as Head of Customer Experience at Stonegate Pub Company Limited since November 2019, Charlotte also holds the position of Recruitment & Onboarding Manager at Coople UK. Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked at Novus from October 2015 to October 2018, initially starting as Customer Experience Manager and later moving to Training Manager, focusing on team cohesion and customer satisfaction across 41 venues.
