Dianne Sullivan-Slazyk

Dianne Sullivan-Slazyk has held various executive roles in the healthcare industry. From 2002 to 2009, they worked as the Divisional Vice President of Clinical Services at Fundamental Clinical Consulting. In 2010, they joined StoneGate Senior Living as the Vice President of Clinical. Throughout their tenure at StoneGate Senior Living, Dianne held multiple roles including Vice President of Quality and Clinical Support, Chief Clinical Officer, and Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Dianne Sullivan-Slazyk obtained their ADN degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Milwaukee Area Technical College between the years 1989 and 1992. Dianne then pursued a BSN degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1995 to 1998. Later, Dianne completed their education by earning an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2013.
