Dawn Ferrari

Dawn Ferrari has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Dawn began their career at Northern Bank in 1991 and worked there for over 26 years, eventually becoming the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2018, they joined StonehamBank as the Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management Officer. In this role, their responsibilities include creating a positive work culture, overseeing the training and wellness department, and implementing various human resource processes.

Dawn Ferrari's education history includes a High School Diploma from Chelmsford High School. Dawn then pursued higher education at Rivier University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce, General. Dawn has also obtained a certification from the New England School for Financial Studies, offered by the Massachusetts Bankers Association in June 2022.
