Mikhail Feler

Mikhail Feler has a diverse work experience in the field of Salesforce administration and technology business analysis. Mikhail most recently worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Vention since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at iTechArt Group from July 2020 to September 2021. Mikhail also worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Investing.com from March 2020 to July 2020 and at Coral Team from February 2019 to May 2020. Before their Salesforce roles, Mikhail worked at ElateSoftware as a Project Manager from March 2018 to January 2019 and as a Sales Manager from April 2017 to March 2018.

Mikhail Feler pursued their education by first attending the Linguohumanitarian College of Minsk State Linguistic University from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they obtained an Associate's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor.

Following their time at the college, Mikhail furthered their education at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 2013 to 2017. Mikhail completed their studies there and earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Resources Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mikhail has acquired various certifications from Salesforce. Mikhail obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in May 2019, the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification in December 2020, the Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification in December 2021, the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification in September 2022, and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification in October 2022.
