Evan Peabody

Mr. Peabody is responsible for underwriting and maintaining capital investments with an emphasis on New Markets Tax Credits and underserved markets. Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Peabody was a Production Analyst in the Affordable Housing group at Lument, a commercial real estate lender, where he provided transaction support to loan originators after completing a 12-monthrotational training program in commercial mortgage banking and credit analysis. Mr. Peabody earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
